I love these sketches by
Card Patterns they are so fun to play with. I also combined this sketch with
Splitcoast Color Challenge and the
Our Creative Corner Challenge. I went with the vintage feel for this card. Originally I began thinking I was going to make an anniversary card, but I ended up with this card. These colors are so great together, and I just love this stamp set, the clocks are so fun to work with. I did lots of sewing on this card as I love the added texture it gives to the card. The rhinestone circle I purchased from Wal-Mart.
I flipped this sketch, but kept it basically the same. The very vanilla paper was sponged using Sahara Sand ink and the scalloped edge was doodled using Martha Stewar Opaque markers, then I rubbed it to give it a more vintage look. I also distressed the edges of the clock the main panel and the scallops. This scalloped edge was actually made using a Martha Stewart Punch.
