This card is for the Splitcoast Limited Supply Challenge. The challenge is to use only black and white.I used black and white cardstock from Papertrey Ink and the dp is from La Creme paper pack by DCWV. The scalloped edge is made using a Martha Stewart heart punch. I took a piece of chipboard and added white glitter for the sparkle.
